Privacy Policy-

Any personal information including addresses and payment details are stored through Shopify and your chosen payment provider. Any shipping and contact details are simply used for generating shipping labels and informing you only of your order status and resolving any queries or delays. We may contact you only via email or direct social media messages to resolve any problems. We will only ever contact you through our business accounts, not directly through our personal accounts.

We do not send out newsletters or product promotion at this moment in time. Should this ever change, we will not contact you unless you have signed up manually for such purposes upon our website. Some none identifying stats may be collected to track website performance and usage.

Where possible, please submit true and accurate personal information to avoid any problems with payment processing with your chosen method and to avoid any errors and delays in shipping. Once you place an order you agree to all of our terms and conditions from Forest Moon Bricks.

Pre-Order Policy-

You, the customer agree that upon the purchase of a Pre-Order you accept payment being fulfilled immediately and said order to be shipped when the Products estimated release date as seen in description is released. Please also note that estimated shipping is only an estimate and is subject to changes, which you the customer will be notified upon. Shipping Policy (UK Mainland & International)-

All UK Packages are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class service with an upgrade option for Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked which allows you to Track your order through the Royal Mail Website.

Here at Forest Moon Bricks we ship to more or less any address in the World. All International Packages are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, the cost is based upon which Zone in the World Royal Mail categorises your country.

Please note, tracking ability is not always guaranteed and is through the use of the Royal Mail Website and not our own.

However some items may be restricted and therefore not applicable for international delivery.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many of our item(s) we sell, are combined through a weight-bases.

Once the shipping has been paid, we are not able to refund the cost. 

 

Order Processing-

We usually ship packages within 2-7 business days if not sooner. You will be notified when the status of your order changes and you will receive relevant tracking info if opted for that specific option. 

 

Delivery-

Your orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 business days. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from these times, so make sure this is taken into consideration before your purchase.

Shipping Upgrades for Tracking are available in the Checkout Menu.

All order delivery times to the UK Mainland are 2-7 Business Days after your Shipment confirmation. Once your order has left us, we are only able to track it from the tracking number.

International delivery may take from 10- 56 days once confirmation of leaving customs, once again once shipped we can only track it using the provided tracking number. 

Orders delivered to outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes when they reach their destination. You will be responsible for paying any such import duties and taxes.

Undelivered or Refused Orders-

It is the Customers responsibility to provide correct and accurate Shipping Details i.e Address and contact number. If an order is returned to us, you may be charged further shipping costs if the item was refused or unable to be delivered and you are wanting it to be re-shipped. No refund option is available in this situation. 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages-

If by the unlikely event an package is stolen, it is at the full responsibility of the buyer and not Forest Moon Bricks.

If by the unlikely event the package is lost, please contact the Royal Mail directly.

All international orders are shipped with Tracking, if there is a problem, please contact Royal Mail Directly through their website: www.royalmail.com

 

Returns Policy-

By purchasing any item from our store, Forest Moon Bricks, you are acknowledging that said items cannot be returned or issued a refund after the order has been shipped. All sales are considered final. Cancellations and refunds can only be accepted if done before the order is shipped.
