Orders and Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

Tracking is not included with standard shipping.

How long does it take to ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days. Busy periods, launches and pre-orders may take longer. We’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

How long will my order take to arrive?

UK orders usually arrive within 1–5 working days after dispatch.

International orders usually arrive within 2–7 working days.

Delivery times are estimates and are outside our control once dispatched. These estimates do not included processing times.

Where can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent automatically by Shopify in your dispatch email.

Please check your spam or junk folder if you can’t find it.

Standard shipping options do not include tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

All orders are considered final. In the event of an approved cancellation, a £5 restocking and administration fee will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation refunds can take up to 3 working days to process.

Can I add items to an order?

Yes! As long as your existing order hasn’t been fulfilled, place a new order using code COMBINE at checkout to receive free shipping.

If you use the code without an existing unfulfilled order, we’ll invoice you for the shipping costs before fulfilment.

Can I hold an order?

Yes! Use code HOLD at checkout to hold your order. When you’re ready to ship, email us your order numbers and we’ll invoice you for the shipping cost.

What if there is an issue with my order?

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Will out of stock products come back?

We aim to restock most products as soon as possible.

Limited editions will not be restocked.

Use the Notify Me button on product pages to be emailed when an item is back in stock and be among the first to know.
